delivered in the home your family already knows.
Care built around your day, not around a package
Families rarely need everything at once. One calls because their mother stopped cooking real meals. Another because a father with dementia is up wandering at three in the morning. Another because the daughter who has been handling all of it has not slept properly in eight months.
J&M Hope, Caring With Compassion provides non-medical in-home care across St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Palm Beach counties. You choose the hours and you choose the tasks. A few mornings a week, every weekday, overnight coverage, or a caregiver who lives in the home. As the need changes, the plan changes with it, and you never have to start over with a new agency.

Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
Memory loss changes what good care looks like. Our caregivers work with routine, patience, and redirection rather than correction, and they know how to handle sundowning, repeated questions, and resistance to bathing without escalating the moment.

Choose the Coverage That Fits

Hourly
A few hours at a time, on the days you choose. Good for companionship, errands, meal preparation, and bath days. Most families start here.

Overnight
A caregiver present through the night for someone who wanders, gets up unsteadily, or becomes anxious after dark.

24-Hour
Rotating caregivers in shifts so someone is awake and attentive at every hour of the day and night.

Live-In
One caregiver in the home full time, with normal sleeping hours and a consistent daily routine.
Why Families Across the Treasure Coast Choose J&M Hope

Care that moves with the need
Start with two mornings a week. Add days after a hospital stay. Move to overnight coverage when the nights get hard. Your care plan grows with your family, and you never have to change providers to change the level of care.

Caregivers screened before they reach your door
Every caregiver completes background screening, reference verification, and training before they are placed with a family. We do not send anyone into your parent's home that we would not send into our own.

Caregivers matched to the person, not to the shift
We learn who your loved one is before care starts. Retired teacher. Church every Sunday. Cannot stand the television on before noon. Then we keep that caregiver consistent, so nobody has to reintroduce themselves every week and no one is starting from scratch on a Tuesday.

A care plan built in the home
Care begins with a free in-home assessment. We meet your loved one, walk through the house for safety, and design the schedule and the task list around what actually happens in that home, not around a template.
Getting Started Takes One Phone Call

1. A conversation
Call 772-577-7257 and tell us what is going on. Fifteen minutes, no cost, no pressure. We will tell you honestly whether in-home care is the right answer for your situation.

2. An in-home assessment
We visit the home, meet your loved one, look at the layout for safety, and build a care plan around the specific hours and tasks that matter.

3. Care begins
We introduce the caregiver, walk through the plan together, and stay in touch as the routine settles in. If the match is not right, tell us and we will change it.
